If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- Due to the nature of antique products, we do not accept returns.
- Due to the nature of antique products, we do not issue refunds. We will however make every attempt to insure that your purchase is in good working order.
- We offer a limited 15 day warranty on all purchased products. If your product was damaged in shipment, you should contact the shipper and make a claim with them. If your purchase simply has a defect due to our refurbishing, please contact us. We will more than likely have you ship it to us, at your expense so that we can inspect the item.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your warranty after inspecting the item.
If your warranty is approved, we will initiate a repair order to fix the issue and ship back to you.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
