Unusual arts and crafts lighting fixture featuring five drops and a leaded glass center panel with an additional two lights behind the center panel. The frame is heavy cast iron with finely detailed design. The center panel is made up of twelve panels with an attractive spider web design. There is one small crack in one panel close to the center. We chose not to replace this panel so that we did not risk cracking other panels when removing the one. The crack in no way diminishes the beauty of this light fixture. It is old — close to 100 years — and perfection is not always possible. 60 watt or equivalent bulbs or smaller are recommended. This arts and crafts fixture dates from approximately 1900 to no later than 1920. Cannot be shortened. Refurbished and rewired and ready to install.
